As the new year approaches, it is a time for reflection and a time to look to the future. We, at Mencer’s would like to take a moment to thank each and every one of our customers for your continued support and our continued success in the community as your leader in tree maintenance and removal.
Mother Nature was not always on our side this year. She threw lots of weather our way that was unexpected and slowed us down a bit, but we persevered and got through it. And it was because of you, our customers.
We believe we have the best customer base in Knoxville. Some of you have been with us since my father was running the business. Some since I was in a tree with a chainsaw and my sons were in diapers. You’ve watched our whole family grow up, literally, in your front yard and we are forever grateful that you are part of our Mencer’s Tree family.
To our new customers who didn’t know what to expect, we hope we exceeded your expectations on all levels and that you are happy you chose us. We hope to continue to be your go-to tree service for many years to come.
And most importantly, to all of our customers who ended up with what seemed like an endless wait before we got to your tree trimming so we could get trees off your neighbors’ houses and get them back to their lives after all of this year’s storms, we thank you for your patience. Community is the backbone of our business and without your continued patience and support, Mencer’s Tree service would not exist. We know that you have endless choices around town these days for your tree work and we are so thankful that you continue to trust us for all your needs.
While life has a way of slowing us down and keeping us apart from the ones we love and care about at times, we are planning on making a more conscious effort to keep you up to date on all things Mencer’s and all things “trees” through our blog that we have not been great at updating. So keep an eye out for that and feel free to let us know if there is anything tree related that you’d like information on as we “branch” out. Thanks for “stick”ing with us, we know it would have been really easy for you to “leaf” us. That’s enough “sap” for now. And enough tree puns!
